SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier selected, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout. 

 

• Orders placed before 3PM EST are typically processed same day and orders placed after 3 PM EST and on weekends will be processed the next business day. 

 

• USPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S. Typically US orders take 2-7 business days for delivery (depending on the delivery location).

 

• For international orders, we ship via DHL’s International Express service. 

 

• Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

 

• Belle Noire Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.
